Job Description

This is a
GRAVEYARD
Shift Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance to individuals in their homes or in a care facility
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning individuals
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements:
Must be able to obtain fingerprints and pass a background check. Must be able to obtain a 2 step TB test. CPR/First aid must be taken within first 30 days of employment. Must be able to do initial mandatory training classes and maintain such required training. Must be able to obtain a physical within 10 days of employment. Must be able to work weekends.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature
