Happier At Home is hiring compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients in their homes throughout the Las Vegas area. If you enjoy helping others feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, this part-time caregiving role offers flexible hours, a supportive team, and rewarding one-on-one client care. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Assist with mobility and transfers Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and emotional support
- Remind clients to take medications, as permitted Document care provided and communicate changes in client condition Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred; training may be available for the right candidate Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid certification is a plus What We Offer
