Job Description
SLA agency (Supported Living Arrangement) is looking for employees to support individuals with disabilities that we serve in a residential setting. Individuals require a range of assistance based on their support plans as determined by their team: training and support, medical and social health, and money management. Responsible for supporting individuals with disabilities we serve with activities of daily living skills such as bathing, grooming, dressing, etc. Assist with errands such as going to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, etc. Complete daily activity reports and paperwork required for compliance. Other duties as assigned.
