In this role, you will help clients with daily living activities while providing respectful, patient-centered care in the home.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility, and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:
