Your expertise in patient observation, medication management, and personal care will help promote independence and enhance quality of life for those you serve. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals and gain valuable experience in home health and long-term care environments. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Support clients with specialized needs such as dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities. Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment for clients. Skills Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in health status promptly. Experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health settings. Ability to assist with complex tasks like hospice care, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and working with individuals with disabilities. Excellent caregiving skills combined with compassion and patience for providing high-quality home & community care. Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals and family members while respecting patient privacy under HIPAA guidelines. Pay:

$19.65 - $20.00 per hour
