Job Description

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Schedule:
Flexible Timing Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Monitor and record vital signs as directed. Observe and report changes in the client's physical or mental condition to the healthcare team. Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care and update patient records. Provide compassionate care, companionship, and emotional support. Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation while following proper safety procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients. Follow individualized care plans and agency policies to ensure high-quality care. Qualifications Must be a Certified Home Health Aide with a current, active certification in the state where services are provided. Certification must be in good standing with no restrictions or disciplinary actions. Previous experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing homes, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred. Ability to provide high-quality personal care while maintaining client dignity and confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional. Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans. Ability to safely assist clients with lifting, transferring, and mobility. Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if travel between client homes is required.

Full-time Pay:
$19.65 - $22.19 per hour
