Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Provide medication administration following prescribed protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality Support patients with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, memory care, hospice care, catheter care, and Hoyer lift transfers Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs; perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe living environment Employ patient observation skills to identify potential health issues early and escalate concerns appropriately to medical professionals or family members Skills Proven experience in home health or long-term care environments with knowledge of assisted living and nursing home settings Excellent caregiving abilities with expertise in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other cognitive impairments Compassionate communication skills to foster trust and comfort for clients and their families Flexibility to work live-in shifts or part-time schedules; reliable transportation is advantageous Join us in delivering exceptional home health care that enriches lives through dedicated service. $19.65 - $20.00 per hour
