Job Description

Meadow View Responds promptly to requests for assistance from residents. Assists assigned residents with AM/PM care as required (including but not limited to: skin care, nail care, hair care, mouth care, dressing, and general grooming/hygiene activities. Assists with bathing, showers, and bed bath as per schedule or resident request. Assists with toileting as required. Assists with proper use of eyeglasses, hearing aids, and dentures as required by residents. Observes residents for overall health and well-being and promptly reports all changes/concerns to nurse. Completes all documentation in a meaningful and accurate manner as per specified timelines. Ensures all safety-related procedures are followed at all times. Escorts residents to meals, activities, etc. as needed. Assists with putting away resident's personal laundry. Maintains and develops work-related knowledge and skills through continuous learning activities, attendance at in services and workshops, etc. Completes special projects/tasks in support of effective department functioning as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must have current HHA Certification from a valid training program High School Diploma/GED
