In this specific position, ARISE/EFR. is seeking a caring person to provide 1:1 support for a young man with developmental disabilities This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in his life by providing assistance so he can participate in everyday activities and achieve his goals, including independent living skills, communication, and his recreational activities. The ideal candidate is reliable, enthusiastic, playful, active, enjoys helping people, has great communication skills and is willing to provide personal care. Goals include:

Recreational activities - going for walks, engaging in social activities, and visiting places like the YMCA, parks, and the zoo .

Available Shifts:

Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays 5p-8p Pay rate: $21 per hour.

Location:

North Syracuse, NY Must have a valid drivers license Effective communication and organizational skills required. Flexibility with assignments and schedule required. Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time. Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred. Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by
