Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Theater or Performing Arts exp Old Bethpage, NY | Full-Time | $23/hour At Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. You'll help develop skills, organize productions, and connect people with opportunities to showcase their talents locally and beyond.

What You'll Do:

Support people in developing performance and creative skills Organize rehearsals, casting, and productions at venues (including travel arrangements) Network with performance venues and community organizations to create opportunities Promote performances and fundraising events across multiple media Help people set and achieve personal life goals Complete required documentation accurately and on time

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent, Minimum 18+ years old 1+ year experience in theater or performance arts (coordinating productions, rehearsals, or venue networking) 1+ year exp of direct support experience with people with disabilities Knowledge of various performance styles (dance, talent shows, holiday productions, etc.) Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills Valid driver's license (meet agency driver criteria) Training provided upon hire.
