Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Home Health Aide & Caregiver, where your compassionate care and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing support at home. This vital role involves providing personalized assistance, ensuring safety, and promoting independence for clients across various care settings. Whether working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring specialized memory or hospice care, you will be a trusted partner in their daily well-being. We are committed to fostering a positive environment that values your skills and dedication, offering opportunities for growth and meaningful impact. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor patient observations, vital signs, and overall health status to detect changes or concerns promptly Administer medications Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, laundry, cleaning, and other household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Provide specialized care such as TBI ​ working with individuals with disabilities Experience with mickey button/gtube
