Live-In Affinity Concierge Home Care is seeking experienced, compassionate Home Health Aides ready to work with elite private clients across the Hamptons and the East End.

This is white-glove, private-pay home care — where dignity, warmth, and presence matter as much as skill. If you take pride in your work and genuinely love caring for people, we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide personal care and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting) Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Accompany and assist clients with a calm, attentive, respectful presence Document care accurately and clock in/out through our scheduling system Communicate any change in the client's condition to the care team

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Valid New York State HHA certificate OR PCA certificate (required) Prior hands-on caregiving experience Reliable transportation — the East End is spread out and car-dependent Ability to pass a background check and credential verification Warm, dependable, professional, and truly compassionate
