We specialize in Home Care, Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD), and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) programs. Our dedicated team strives to enhance the quality of life for seniors and individuals with diverse needs.
Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team. As an HHA, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role is vital in helping clients maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support. Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior. Adhere to clients' care plans and ensure their safety at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification in New York State. ( required ) Reliable transportation. ( required ) Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to work independently and responsibly.
