Chittenango, NY Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30a-4:30p
Pay:

Our focus is supporting individuals by ways of residential housing, mental health and clinical services, and immersing our participants in community engagement. Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings. About the Role We are looking for a proactive employee to provide person centered services and support to assist individuals in achieving independence while maintaining their health and safety.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting participants with activities of daily living (ADL) Implementing participants behavior guidelines and goals as written in Staff Action Plan Monitoring health and safety, building advocacy, decision making, and community connections Teaching participants skills to promote independence
Requirements Education/Experience:
High school diploma/GED and experience working with people with disabilities preferred. Basic word processing and e-mail skills are required. Conditions of Employment Must possess a valid driver's license and transportation necessary to meet program needs. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Benefits Did you know?
