Job Description
Job Overview CareSolutions Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to join our growing private-pay home care team. We are dedicated to helping seniors and adults maintain their independence and quality of life by providing exceptional non-medical care in the comfort of their homes. We are currently hiring HHAs, PCAs, and CNAs to serve clients throughout New York City, Nassau County, and Suffolk County. Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support while assisting clients with daily non-medical activities. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping and errands, accompaniment to doctor appointments and community activities, safety monitoring, and helping clients remain comfortable and engaged in their homes. Caregivers are expected to maintain professionalism, communicate effectively with the office, and deliver care with dignity, respect, and compassion. Experience Applicants should have previous caregiving experience in a home care, assisted living, or healthcare setting. HHA, PCA, or CNA certification is preferred but not required for companion care positions. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is preferred, and all applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a background check.
