Job Description

What You'll Need:
A valid NYS PCA or HHA Certification Availability to work in Wading River , NY Experience assisting with all Activities of Daily Living ( ADL ), including mobility, personal care, and daily routines Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends , 8am-8pm Reliable transportation to and from client's home
