Part Time Home Health Aide

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients while ensuring their safety and comfort. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals as necessary. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans. Ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Support clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing grooming. Experience Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years of caregiving experience.
