About us Andrew Developmental Disabilities Services, LLC (ADDS) was established in 2010. ADDS is a Medicaid Agency certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities to provide Supported Living/Residential Care, Shared Living, and Non-Medical Transportation to individuals within the Ohio Waiver Programs. Just know that ADDS committed because serving people with developmental disabilities throughout the state of Ohio is something of a passion for us.

Direct Support Professional (Bowling Green, Ohio) Andrew Developmental Disabilities Services is seeking
PRN STAFF
for
IMMEDIATE HIRE
in Bowling Green, Ohio to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Pay rate - $17.00
Essential Job Functions:
  • Ensure the health and safety of the individual
  • Document services provided during the shift
  • Encourage self-help activities
  • Document any Incident reports
  • Communicate with supervisor about concerns or activities completed/need completed throughout the shift verbally and within staff communication log.
  • Perform functions such as shopping and community out outing
  • Accompanying client to scheduled communities' activities, meetings, and other appointments as requested
  • Transporting of individual to community out outing an other errands as requested
  • Perform additional services requested by the individual or their service team that may improve their quality of life, health and safety within the community
Requirements:
  • Applicants must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
  • You must have a vehicle while on duty
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Driving record - with no more than 5 points on your driving record
  • Proof of automobile insurance
  • No felony convictions
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Criminal background checks ( BCI & FBI - depending on residence in Ohio or other states).
  • Proof of CPR and First Aid Certification
  • DODD Eight Hour Initial Training Certification (Provided)
  • Additional training, once an offer of employment is made.
