What You'll Do:

Provide direct personal care and support to client in their home or community settings. Assist clients with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene. Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Transport client to appointments, shopping venues, and personal endeavors if applicable. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans, if applicable. Engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being and community involvement. Assist with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring clients safely.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in patient care or home health preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families. Ability to lift and assist clients as needed for daily activities. Compassionate nature with a commitment to enhancing the lives of others. Ability to lift over 50 pounds.

Licensure/Certification:

First Aid/CPR certification required (or ability to obtain) Valid Ohio driver's license required Medication administration Certificates are not required for this location at this time. Benefits

Compensation:

$19.00/hr regular OSOC (On sight on call) rate 10p-6a: Starting at $15/hr Monday

•Sunday available, Weekends preferred.
