Open Heart advocates is a group home service provider that assists individuals with developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to helping our clients lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of the assistant home setting by carefully assessing and fully understanding their needs and selectively placing trained personnel to meet these needs. Caregivers help clients with everyday activities. Other essential duties and responsibilities include: Transporting activities, etc. Medication dispensing Preparing meals Bathing and personal care Household chores Serving as a companion to clients Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills The ability to provide care
