Job Responsibilities:

Assist clients with
activities of daily living (ADLs)
, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide
light housekeeping
services, such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up living spaces.
Offer
companionship
and emotional support.
Assist with
mobility
and transfers, including use of walkers and wheelchairs.
Monitor and
report changes in client condition
to supervisors.
Follow individualized
care plans

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA), STNA, or CNA
preferred but not required (training available).
