Job Description As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients in their daily activities, personal care, and community involvement. Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Follow personalized care plans and support strategies. Encourage and participate in community outings and social activities. Administer medications as needed and maintain accurate records. Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Attend training sessions and staff meetings. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
