Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. We are currently hiring for afternoons shifts during the week and day/evenings during the weekends. A minimum of 20 hours, but up to a possible 40 hours a week. Duties Provide direct care and support to adult individuals with developmental disabilities Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and procedures Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed Assist with laundry and housekeeping Support individuals in developing and maintaining social skills and relationships Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care Maintain accurate documentation of services and support provided All required training will be provided. Qualifications Be 18 years of age or older Hold a valid driver's license Have a high school diploma or equivalent Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
