Direct Support Professional - Float

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life. You will work closely with clients in a adult day program setting.

Key responsibilities:

Provide and communicate with supervisors and coworkers any information relevant to the health and safety of the individuals and running of the program. Adhere to policies set forth in this Employee Manual. Document information pertaining to designated members. Transport members for any daily activities as well as to and from their residence. Engage the members in trainings offered to assist them in meeting their goals. Follow the Individual Service Plan for each member. Follow and document the program and activities of each member. Maintain certifications as required. Participate in ongoing staff development activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for individuals. Interact with each individual and co-worker in a manner which is consistent with respect for the individual and his/her value as a human being, both physically and socially Participate in the development and follow through of assigned individual. Must complete all company documentation. Fully expected to participate in company investigations. Temporarily or permanently covering a position in multiple locations due to coworker absence or pre-determined schedule as determined by Team Lead Supervisor, Program Coordinator, or Director. Other duties as assigned by the Team Lead Supervisor, Program Coordinator, or Director.
