Home Health Aide (HHA)
Reports To:
Supervisor/Care Coordinator Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide to provide non-medical in-home support to clients. The Home Health Aide assists clients with daily living activities, companionship, and light household tasks to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. This position does not include medication administration or transportation services. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, dishes, tidying, and changing bed linens Assist clients with mobility and transfers as needed Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisor Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for clients Follow care plans and company policies at all times Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous caregiving or home care experience required 1 year minnimum Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to pass background check and any required screenings Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds Ability to assist clients with mobility and daily activities Important Notes No medication administration required No client transportation required Schedule Full-time / Part-time / PRN positions available Flexible scheduling may be available Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at all levels of employment.
