Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to provide personal care services to residents in their homes. This role involves assisting with daily living activities under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Qualifications Must meet Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health Aide training and competency One (1) year of previous home care or personal care experience is highly recommended Compassionate attitude toward caring for the sick and elderly Ability to follow directions and read and write effectively Mature, dependable, and able to manage job demands Responsibilities Provide personal care services, including bathing and hands-on care Complete visit documentation accurately and on time Observe and report changes in the resident's condition to the RN Assist with ambulation, exercises, and range of motion (ROM) as assigned Perform light household tasks essential to health care Assist with self-administered medications as directed Attend required in-service training and care conferences Work Environment Work is performed in residents' homes with travel required
