Summary 'We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in providing exceptional in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Based in the US, this role is vital in helping us deliver our mission of improving quality of life through personalized support and assistance.' 'Responsibilities' ' Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document patient observations and vital signs. Support clients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care. Administer medications and manage medical documentation following HIPAA guidelines. Assist with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Maintain a safe and clean environment, including light housekeeping and meal preparation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.' 'Qualifications' ' Proven experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role in senior or home health care. Certification in CPR and first aid.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and HIPAA regulations. Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills. Ability to assist with mobility devices such as Hoyer lifts. Experience working with clients who have Alzheimer's or dementia is preferred. Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.'
