Job Description

At Rising Star Home Healthcare LLC, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, dependable, and personalized in-home care that allows seniors and adults to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are looking for caring, reliable, and professional caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities can include Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Run errands and grocery shopping as assigned Provide medication reminders (no medication administration) Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the office Maintain accurate visit documentation Follow each client's individualized care plan Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check High school diploma or GED preferred Previous caregiving, STNA, HHA, DSP, or healthcare experience preferred but not required CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (training opportunities may be available)
