Job Description
A Silver Lining is a small business in Mansfield, OH. We are fun, engaging and rewarding. We are currently hiring for evenings 3p

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and document accordingly
- Drive individuals to appointments and community activities
- Implement behavior management plans as directed by the supervisor
- Lift and transfer individuals using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individuals
- Respect and uphold the rights of each individual
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
