Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. This vital role involves delivering personalized care, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life for clients with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will be energetic, attentive, and committed to creating a safe, comfortable environment while fostering meaningful connections with those they serve. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact in the community through compassionate caregiving and support. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes or concerns Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA confidentiality standards Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and organization of living spaces Document care activities, patient observations, and any incidents in detailed reports to ensure continuity of care Skills Proven experience in home & community care or assisted living environments Knowledge of patient observation techniques, dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care practices CPR and First Aid certification to respond effectively in emergencies Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs Familiarity with medication administration, care plans, and vital signs monitoring Strong communication skills for working collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Physical ability for heavy lifting, assisting with transfers, and supporting mobility needs Join us in providing heartfelt care that empowers individuals to live safely and comfortably at home.
