Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' health status, including vital signs and overall well-being Help with meal preparation and nutritional needs tailored to individual dietary requirements Provide companionship and emotional support, especially for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory care need Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and ensuring a safe environment for clients Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times Skills Strong patient observation skills to detect changes in health or behavior promptly Experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments helpful CPR certification and training in home health aide best practices Competence in assisting with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and light cleaning Ability to work independently while following care plans closely and adhering to safety protocols Compassionate attitude combined with excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectivelyJoin us today to start making a difference!
