Key Responsibilities:

Be the beacon of hope and support for individuals with ID/DD in a residential setting Make each day brighter by helping with personal care, medication management, and meal preparation Spark joy through engaging activities that promote independence and social inclusion Create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive and grow

Qualifications:

Heartfelt commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others High school diploma or equivalent (because heart matters more than paperwork) Previous caregiving experience or related field is a plus, but a genuine desire to learn and grow is essential Superb communication skills and a knack for building meaningful connections A valid driver's license and current car insurance (for those spontaneous adventures!)
