Location:
Urbana, Ohio Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written A personal vehicle that is well maintained if transporting clients Must successfully complete a criminal background check
Preferred Experience:
One year working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver / Home Health Aide / Home Health Care / Personal Care experience is a plus
Licenses/Certifications:
CPR/First Aid - Provided if you are not currently certified Medication Administration - Provided if you are not currently certified Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on your driving record if transporting clients DODD Provider Training Proof of personal auto insurance
