Join Helping Hands Home Healthcare Agency as a Direct Support Professional and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support in West Liberty, OH, and are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our mission.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Implement individualized care plans and monitor clients' progress. Administer medications and maintain accurate health records. Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Background check clearance required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
