Our care partners provide meaningful, non-medical support to clients in their homes. Services may range from transportation and companionship to personal care, meal preparation, household assistance, and end-of-life support. While we are a non-medical care agency, our caregivers play an important role in observing changes in a client's condition, mood, routine, or overall well-being. When appropriate, we communicate with families and collaborate with other care professionals, such as skilled home health providers, to support the best possible care. Care partners are expected to assist with a variety of daily living needs, including but not limited to: Companionship and meaningful engagement Transportation to appointments, errands, and outings Meal preparation and light kitchen clean-up Light housekeeping and laundry Personal care assistance Mobility support and fall-prevention awareness Monitoring and reporting changes in mood, behavior, or condition Supportive care for clients with changing needs We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who understand the importance of patience, respect, and consistency. The ideal caregiver is someone who can build trust with clients, communicate clearly, follow a care plan, and help create a safe, comfortable home environment.
