Home Health Aide NEEDED NOW

Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Support clients with mobility assistance
• Administer medications under the direction of a nurse
• Document client care services and observations

Qualifications:

• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Knowledge of medical documentation and record-keeping
• Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Competency in medication administration
• Understanding of medical systems and procedures
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
