In this role, you will provide personalized care and assistance, helping an individual lead a safe, fulfilling, and comfortable life. This predictable mid-day schedule is ideal for someone looking for consistent afternoon hours. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Support residents with medication administration following proper protocols and safety procedures Help clients participate in recreational activities, meal preparation, and community outings to promote independence and engagement Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, client progress, and incident reports in compliance with regulations Skills Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly valued Knowledge of resident's rights and ethical standards in long-term care environments Proficiency in basic first aid and CPR to respond effectively during emergencies Ability to operate standard passenger vehicles safely for client outings or appointments Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members effectively Familiarity with medication administration procedures and safety protocols Compassionate caregiving approach combined with patience and resilience in challenging situations Join us to be part of a dynamic team committed to enriching lives through dedicated support.
