Job Description

Position description: We're looking for a full-time second shift Caregiver. Absolutely no experience is necessary, all training is provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them. Our DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance etc. On occasion, they will take individuals bowling or to the movies, and often join individuals at church or volunteer events. The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Be a companion, learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community!
Compensation:
$16.00 hour - Rate can increase with documented and verified experience. We also offer a $2 shift differential for applicable 2nd shift hours
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Valid Ohio Driver's License with fewer than 6 points on driving record 18 years of age or older Able to pass background check Due to our federal funding, we are a drug free workplace (including marijuana).
