Job Description
Job Summary Access Home Care II is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support to patients in their residence. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety for individuals in need of care. Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality of all patient information. Assist with personal care to include bathing (tub, shower, bed), dressing, grooming, and skin care. Assist with housekeeping to include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, dusting, cleaning bathroom, cleaning out refrigerator, washing and putting away dishes. Assist with laundry to include washing, drying, folding/ hanging, and putting items away, and changing bed linens. May be require to use laundromat. Assist with meal preparation to include preparing meal, serving meal, cleaning meal preparation area, and cutting up foods.
