PCA Personal Care Assistant Enid

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our caregiving team. In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and emotional support to clients in the comfort of their homes or in assisted living or memory care settings. The ideal candidate has a heart for seniors, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to adapt to a variety of care needs and behaviors.

What You'll Do:

Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Support mobility, transfers, and positioning Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing) Provide companionship and emotional support Escort clients to appointments and outings as needed Document care and report changes in client condition Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members

Who We're Looking For:

Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor At least 6 months of paid senior caregiving experience (home care, facility, or private duty) 21 years of age or older Smartphone for communication and care tracking Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Willingness to travel 20-30 minutes for shifts Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy Comfortable working around small pets (dogs/cats) CPR/First Aid certification (preferred) Must pass background check and drug screening Experience with dementia and senior care required Apply Today & Start Making a Difference!
