Responsibilities Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and ensuring infection control protocols are followed. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and social engagement for residents or clients. Assist with transportation to medical appointments or community activities, fostering independence and community involvement. Requirements Preference- Male Applicant Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards related to patient information. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring specialized support is preferred. Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to caregiving are vital for success in this role.
