Job Description

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals for our Residential Services Program in Bend and/or Redmond. We are currently hiring for a full-time position. We offer a competitive starting wage of $22.00 per hour for DSPs, which may be higher depending on your experience. We also provide performance-based raises and bonuses, paid training, paid holidays, and a great benefits package that the company covers entirely. Successful candidates need to have a valid Oregon driver's license and a good driving record. You must also pass a criminal background check.
