We are seeking compassionate, motivated, energetic, dependable Direct Support Professionals to join our team located in Salem, Oregon. We are hiring for full-time staff for: Night Shift (Tuesday-Saturday @10pm-6am) Day Shift (Saturday-Wednesday @6am-2pm) Swing Shift (Wednesday-Sunday @2pm-10pm) Swing Shift (Friday-Tuesday @2pm-10pm) Starting wage for this position will be determined at hire Minimum qualification for this position are: 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Valid Oregon Driver's License with a good driving record meeting agency insurance requirements Pass a criminal history/back ground check meeting Oregon Administrative Rules requirements Basic computer skills Connections Residential Services will provide all training needed to perform the duties for this position Duties for this position are as follows, but are not limited to: Engaging with individuals constantly throughout shift. Chatting with them, interacting, playing board games, having conversations, etc. Attending and participating in leisure outings with individuals Assisting individuals with personal cares and hygiene tasks (including showering, tooth brushing, shaving etc.) Attending physicians appointments with individuals Medication Administration Documentation Cooking House Cleaning We look forward to working with you!
