Position Summary:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide individualized support to adults with intellectual disabilities. You will help enhance the lives of people you serve while ensuring the safety and well-being of the people you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Support individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation. Assist with participation in community events and recreational activities. Maintain accurate documentation and follow support plans. Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience preferred but not required - we will provide training. Valid driver's license Ability to pass background checks and drug test. Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
