At Peace Healthcare Agency is looking for experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in their homes and communities. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Direct Support Professional, you will: ? Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and companionship ? Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and personal growth ? Support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other intellectual and developmental disabilities ? Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs) ? Encourage socialization, community participation, and meaningful activities ? Accompany individuals to medical appointments, therapy sessions, work, and community activities ?️ Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment ? Complete accurate daily documentation, progress notes, and goal tracking ? Protect individual privacy and maintain HIPAA confidentiality ? Provide reliable transportation when required ?WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
