Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our individuals
- Nurturing the goals, self-determination, and unique personalities of those we serve participate in frequent trainings on individuals and best practices
- Transporting individuals to their designated activities or volunteer or job opportunities
- Participating, engaging, and being an active peer in our individual's daily goals or activities
- Working with and encouraging individuals to practice everyday skills
- Supporting hygiene, emotional, and physical health
- Providing services according to the Individual Plan and Behavioral Plan
- Accurately completing all documentation requirements
- Complying with all Organization procedures, policies, and direction
- Frequent communication with supervisor regarding daily activities
