This position focuses on helping participants engage in meaningful community activities, build social connections, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals. The DSP will provide supervision, encouragement, and individualized support while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion. Responsibilities Transport Individuals to Community Activities with the Company's Vehicle. Assist individuals in participating in community-based activities and events. Support participants in developing social, communication, and life skills. Encourage independence and self-advocacy. Facilitate recreational, educational, and volunteer opportunities within the community. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of participants at all times. Complete daily documentation and progress notes accurately and on time. Maintain professional and respectful relationships with participants, families, and team members. Follow agency policies, procedures, and state regulations.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
