Job Description

Location:

Montgomery County and surrounding areas

Pay:

$18/hr + $100

On-Call Week Stipend Schedule:

Financial Stability:

Guaranteed full-time hours within a fixed Monday-Friday window with hours anywhere between 7am-7pm

Travel Compensation:

Paid at your full hourly base rate (up to 90 minutes) for travel between clients.

On-Call Premium:

Earn an additional $100 for each required monthly on-call week rotation.

Dental and Vision Responsibilities & Leadership Duties As a flex caregiver, you will act as a foundational pillar for our care team:

Flex Coverage:

Work between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday through Friday, with your schedule given 1 week in advance

Mentorship & Training:

Provide on-site coaching, support, and relationship-building visits to our care staff.

Care Plan Management:

Observe clients for changes in condition, communicate updates to the Client Care Coordinator, and brief caregivers before they start a new case.

Clinical Documentation:

Maintain accurate care notes, ADLs, and employee feedback logs within AxisCare in strict compliance with HIPAA laws. Requirements Active Pennsylvania CNA License is preferred 4+ years of professional caregiving experience (Home Health Aide or equivalent). Previous healthcare management or supervisory experience is highly preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable auto insurance, and willingness to drive clients within our service area. Complete availability for a 7-day on-call rotation at least once per month.
