Female Direct Support Professional (DSP) experienced Doylestown , PA

Croydon Total Support Home Care is seeking caring, empathetic, and reliable female Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support a diverse group of individuals with intellectual disabilities in Doylestown, PA . We are searching for female caregivers who are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others while navigating challenging situations while upholding all agency policies and standards.

Ideal candidates will:

Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism Follow detailed protocols and instructions accurately Maintain a high level of attention to detail Provide consistent, person-centered support Adapt to the needs of each individual while ensuring their safety and dignity Responsibilities include providing assistance, support, and guidance through: Physical assistance, instruction, prompting, modeling, and reinforcement Self-care and daily living activities Health maintenance and medication-related routines (as permitted) Decision-making and problem-solving Home management tasks Communication skill-building Mobility and safe transportation Socialization, relationship-building, and personal adjustment Participation in community activities, functions, and outings Accessing and utilizing community resources Shift Availability 1st

Shift Qualifications:

Female Driver's License (Required) High school or equivalent (Required)

Enhanced Caregiving:

2-4 years (Required ) Must be able to pass a background check (Required) Must be able to provide Driving History check (Required) Must be able to pass Preemployment physical /TB Screening(Required)
