Base pay $17.00/hr (Full-Time) or $16.00/hr (Part-Time), with evening, weekend, and overnight differentials earning up to $25.00/hr.Paid Training Provided:

Success Rehabilitation is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and neurological conditions. Whether you have experience as a Caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or Behavioral Health Technician—or are simply looking for a rewarding, hands-on healthcare career—we provide the tools and support you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal prep). Administer medications safely following completion of paid company training. Transport clients to medical appointments, vocational activities, shopping, and community outings. Implement treatment plans and document daily progress to support individual goals. Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful residential environment.Qualifications Age:
Must be at least 18 years old.Education:
High School Diploma, GED or US Equivalent required .Requirements:
Valid Driver's License and a compassionate, dependable attitude.Preferred Experience:
